I'm trying to "customise" my mouth guard now... but i'm having problems, it keep sliding off whenever i don't hold it with my tongue. My wisdom tooth is in the way when i try to bite its painful. I scared when i open my mouth to shout the whole thing fly out lo! LOLS!
